Honestly, when I started my forge I didn’t think I’d be spending so much time in the woodshop too. But after making a few handles and stands I found out how much fun it is to mix both crafts. Now, I’m always searching for new ways to combine steel and wood

I got into making hammer handles from leftover oak in my shop – it's now my favorite thing when I finish a tool.

Last year, I even put together a knife rack out of walnut. I started woodworking just to make handles, but doing projects like the rack keeps me interested.
