Do you ever find yourself jamming to music while you’re forging during the holidays?

There’s something magical about those winter days in the shop when the forge is glowing, the air is crisp, and a good tune can really set the mood. Whether you’re blasting your favorite holiday songs or sticking to your go-to playlist, I’d love to hear what you’re listening to while you work the anvil this season!

I often put on some Johnny Cash when I'm working in the shop. I remember listening to Ring of Fire while helping Dad fix the drawbar on our 986

Recently, I’ve been mixing it up with old country and some classic rock Waylon, Skynyrd, and a bit of CCR. It brings back memories of winter nights in the shed with Grandpa

I’ve created a playlist called Shop Heat filled with blues and outlaw country. Midnight Rider is one of my all-time favorites. We’d crank it up while crafting parts for the 1466. Cold outside, warm inside, and sparks flying there’s nothing quite like it.
