When you're working with flying scale, sparks, and intense heat, having the right protection is absolutely essential. What kinds of goggles, shields, or helmets have you found to be the most effective while working at the anvil? We’d love to hear about what’s provided you with the best comfort and safety in your forge.

I always grab my auto-darkening welding helmet with side shields. They let me see everything and keep my whole face safe without being too big.

Oh, and don't forget some heat-resistant gloves and a leather apron! They'll keep your hands and body safe from sparks and hot stuff, plus they'll make the whole thing way more comfy.
