Simple sounds big smiles

We’ve all got our favorite sounds, for me it’s that satisfying thunk when a socket locks onto a ratchet. It’s funny how that little click can make everything feel a little better. It’s amazing how a tiny sound can lift your mood out of nowhere. What sound does that for you?

For me, it’s that delightful crisp snap of a brand-new deck of cards, there’s just something oddly satisfying about it!

I love the sound when you are canning food and the button POPS on the lid when it is finishes.

Yeah, that pop is just the best, it’s the sound of achievement when you’re canning! I can’t help but liken it to the cheerful ping of a toaster when it’s done, so basic but it always feels so good.
