I ran into some trouble getting my power hammer to start; it seemed like there was a problem with the contactor. I reached out to the company just to verify the specs, and to my surprise, they quickly offered to send me a new one. I really didn't expect such great support, but I'm truly thankful

I'm also curious about the brand, good customer service usually means good quality products.
It helps other people make a smart purchasing decision based on reliability, not just price.

That's fantastic to hear! We always hear horror stories about trying to get support for complex machinery so their quick action is really good to know. Sometimes it's not just the equipment but the customer service.

I agree with them. If this is not a good brand, it is hard to get a replacement and they will not just simply offer it to you.

Was it still under warranty?

Glad they took care of you. I'm setting up my first smithing space and looking into power hammers now. Was your contactor issue something that showed up right away or after some use?
