Need help fixing an old pair of tongs

I'm new to blacksmithing and found an old pair of tongs at a flea market. One side is bent and the jaws don't close right. I want to fix them but I don't have the tools or skills yet Is there a way to find a local blacksmith who can help or maybe let me watch and learn? I live in a small town, so not many options here. Or if you can recommend any videos online? Any advice would be great!

You don't need fancy to adjust tongs.. you can literally use a (hand held) propane torch and a hammer and a concrete block (edges up) to straighten and align them. If you need them set to a specific stock size you need a piece of what you want to hold..
Be carefull if it's your wifes favorite concrete block... it is fitting not forging.
